The hypnotherapy work I did with Brenda was quite impactful for me. We were able to dig under the surface and discover and articulate some pronounced limiting beliefs. While I was fully aware that I had an assortment of limiting beliefs for most of my life, I had never articulated them - and there were some surprising outcomes!
In articulating the limiting beliefs I can now see how they relate to how I interact with the world and am now able to work toward eliminating and/or transmuting them. When Brenda and I had our first session, I was dealing with challenges to my goals and dreams that I've been carrying for years. They included the following: A sense that I didn't matter.
